The Coventry Society normally meets on the second Wednesday of every month from September to April. The April meeting is our AGM. From May till August we arrange visits to interesting places. Our programme of summer visits will start in May
The provisional programme of summer visits is shown below. We will provide you more information and joining instructions nearer the dates.
- Wednesday 20th May: Visit to Selly Manor and Bournville: There is a charge of £14 for this visit, to include tea and cakes.
- Wednesday 10th June: Visit to UK Battery Industrialisation Centre:
- Wednesday 22nd July: Visit to Temple Balsall: There is a charge of £5 per head for this visit.
- Friday 21st August: Visit to Vitsoe Factory in Leamington Spa
We are also planning a visit to Bedworth Alms Houses and a walking tour of Spon End Conservation Area and we will include these on the programme once fixed.
